What would be the implications on his presidency to date? Fruit from the poison tree, so to speak, not as it relates to evidence in the true legal sense, but as a matter of policy, etc.

Impeachment in The House for sure.I think a few republicans in The Senate like Romney and Murkowski etc would vote to convict but most won't.I think republicans would try to make a deal where he steps down and Pence pardons him,Jr and Jared to avoid a Senate trial.Trump would probably take it if no state level charges are found.Trump turns down any deals if Mueller finds state level crimes because he would have no assurances from the states not to come after him so he probably fights it till the end.

His legislative laws and EOs will be reversed in 2021 even if he isnt convicted of anything.Dems probably keep the small tax cuts in the tax bill and repeal the rest like Obama did with the Bush tax cuts.

Unfortunately we are likely stuck with Kavanaugh and Gorsach.Although they were nominated by a criminal president they haven't been convicted of anything.If by some miracle dems gets a 3/4 majority in The Senate I think they could get impeached.
