Again, vain deceivers will cavil that the Tathagata exited on the break of the updated five minute trend, but it is blasphemy! The Wise One used his exponential non-moving average (ENMA, or colloquially, the "enema") of the one minute volume. When it fell below the backtested threshold of 926.18, he knew to call it a day. Plus, he badly needed to take a piss.
 
...astounding system! This one is called "The Smart Money Plays Dumb" or TSMPD for short. You are all by now glued hypo-notically to five second charts, hearts in near fibrillation as you wait in abject terror for the NQ premium to update every fifteen seconds.

When you see this pattern, SHORT! The evil NQ market makers are anally sphinctering the arbitrage. (If someone could explain to me how you can arbitrage within a tick, I would be most grateful, but that would ruin the rationale for the system).

P.S.: Do not let the fact that there is a similar signal off the hard right edge which is followed by a long confuse you. All will be revealed in good time to those who give Hypostomus good trading ideas. It is only fair that you should, given my generous contributions here.

Hypo, no response to your individual posts doesn't mean we're not watching your Hypo-Something trades and posts, imo. Of course you know that. :)
 
When I have to use my three-inch thin dictionary in order to read Hypo's posts, I start to remember Jack.

Sometimes, I just don't know if Jack and Hypostomus are actually the same person with two names here on ET. :D
 
...I have been having bad hypnagogic (hypo-gogic?) dreams lately which lead me to wonder if I in fact COULD be Jack when his anti-dementia meds kick in. I dream that I am pulling a 17g Immelman in my Grob109 while simultaneously watching the five minute ES chart on my wireless laptop and mentoring on two cellphones. The President is on hold on one, the SEC enfocement on the other with my sixth citation today, and in background I am thinking about the key themes in my 31st book. As I fail to pull out of my Immelman and scream earthward toward the rancho, I see the lamas dive into the pool and chase Liz, but hey, it's all ecologically sound. I will use it as a humorous anecdote when I receive my lifetime achievement award tonight at the open-heart surgeons' convention.

P.S.: every night I read a little Jack, and more and more it comes to make sense to me. I am seriously considering adding a ninth ET alias (my ISP only allows ten accounts per subscription, pity) and making some Jack-like posts. Oh, the fun I could have with the Phoenix! There is much Jack history unrevealed to the general public which I am sure ET would like to know.
