and avoid eating highly processed food with toxic chemicals
and toxic coloring
and modified food molecules like transfat.

Jogging doesn't do a lot for the upper body. It also doesn't really build much muscle in the lower body.

Also, I think you would do well not to miss the point he's trying to convey, particularly in the first 2 minutes of the video.
 
i wonder if he was referring to that huberman lab podcast series with dr andy galpin... (thanks for posting this as I've been intentionally avoiding low-intensity high-volume to avoid over-bulking up after watching that series; def. a topic worthy of deeper research/understanding)
