yeah, i'm not smart enough to understand how this doesn't end badly. don't recall the 70's being an investor's paradise; and that was a fraction of what this seems destined to become. full disclosure though- i went to a state college (and a poor one, at that), so i don't have the same pedigree as helicopter Ben. maybe with an ivy league degree i could understand all this.....

Apparently Havard teaches that you can spend your way to prosperity. I went to the school of hard knocks that taught me you can only spend your way to bankruptcy. I guess we will see who has the better teachers.

it only works up to the point when others no longer believe the US are of good credit and won't take their US dollars, in other words IOUs, then the US will be totally f**ked, they will have to pay for goods and services using other means
