Hydrogen is the fuel to save the planet

A wide consensus of academics is that this lovely planet cannot afford more than a 2C degrees warm up before an out of control warm up to Venus like proportions is made.

Planes and all vehicles can easily be made to run on hydrogen fuel cells. The technology is currently available. It just needs a bit of political will power to get it going universally and end CO2 emissions.

If commercial planes were forced to use hydrogen powered jet engines then the water vapour produced would help seed more clouds, which would reflect more sunlight back into space.

There is no shortage of water, even sea water could be used to make hydrogen. Tell your local politician to promote it.

I told my local pols, Four of them wanted to know how much I'd be willing to donate to their re-election efforts and one suggested I speak to his brother in law who was his new ideas, slush fund man. It's just so hard to get anything meaningful over these days.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch of people who actually do something other than direct other people's money into their own pockets there is much viable research going on.

The largest world consumer of fuel is the American military, Many domestic bases in clime appropriate locations are being converted to solar. It's a start.
