I never said this overhaul was the one our country needed. We probably would of had a better plan if the republicians would of seriously participated in the crafting of a new health care overhaul.
My guess on the constitutionality (sp?) is that it is just as legal as federal unemployement insurance, the draft, the post office, social security, overtime labor laws and on and on and on.
