Hunter is more likely to be indicted on his activities related to taxes and lobbying. After what Matt Gaetz has been doing -- it appears that transporting young women across state lines for sex and paying them is a common accepted practice in Washington apparently.

Let's say Hunter Biden gets convicted and has to serve time in prison. What if Joe doesn't pardon him? Will anybody on the right give him credit for not interfering? Or will they illogically say that by extension this proves that he's corrupt for associating with his felon son?
Of course he will pardon him at the end of this term at the latest, if hunter is still in jail at that time. Joe isn't going to be running again.
