If he waived statutue of limitations, but owed money from those years and the government did not charge or seek recovery that will not be pretty. There is a narrative in the press that the statute of limitations barred action there. That does not mean they are right. Getting the right story has been difficult. No. I read the primary source documents so I have an understanding of the material in context now. This gives me an advantage over someone who is scrolling MSN for second hand accounts and opinions.
