The IRS whistleblower says they were forced to slow walk the case so that the statute of limitations would run out for his non-payment for even more previous years. They charged him with non payment for 2017 and 2018 but they ran out the clock for more even years that were problematic.
The investigation started and finished with Trumps prosecutor. Trumps prosecutors also investigated Hillery,Obama etc and found nothing.There was also no need to investigate them just attempted political prosecution by Trump.
