You’re silly. That’s standard language until the case is closed. The investigation will theoretically continue through Hunter Biden’s 2 year probation just in case he violates the probation. The Hunter settlement was discussed long ago where I properly stated that it was a "containment ruse." The attempt is to cap it from going beyond the initial set of crimes and over into Biden Crime Family corruption. I remember @Tsing Tao made the argument that it doesn’t matter if there was actual fraud in the elections because people believed there was fraud in the election. So we needed to have all of these investigations and witch hunts because people feel a certain way. And that’s the whole problem right there why do these people feel like all of this obvious mistruths and outright lies are true despite all the facts showing otherwise.

What is eating at these people so badly that they are susceptible to join a mob?

At the risk of being taken out of context, please allow me to clarify. Of course it matters if there is actual fraud. All I was saying is that if enough people believe that there was actual fraud, then a considerable effort needs to be made to show unequivocally that there was no fraud otherwise you're left with a large portion of the populace that distrusts, or even undermines the confidence in the system. And that can be just as damaging as actual fraud would have been.

Add to that you all have gotten your own hand picked special counsels, investigations on people like Clinton, Hunter, McCabe, Comey. We are at a point where you guys believe the DOJ is protecting Hunter Biden at the super secret direction of Joe Biden. It’s the stupidest thing in the world. The investigation of Hunter Biden began under Jeff Sessions and passed to Bill Barr, had their own hand picked US Attorney who was free investigate without limit and this is the conclusion.

But you guys are still in mob mode. You’re going to make someone pay for your anger no matter what.

I'm curious how you say it is mythology when there are photos, videos, admission and hard evidence of crimes being committed? To be clear, I'm talking about Hunter Biden. In regards to Joe, there are definitely trails leading to him but without sufficient resources (resources that were freely and willingly applied to Trump) to pursue to clear the name of Joe Biden, you'll always have this doubt.

I am merely stating that the special prosecutor has not said the case is closed and that it is ongoing. Even Bill Barr said "Merrick Garland needs to clarify that to the public since the special prosecutor says one thing and Hunter's lawyer another." Does the special counsel end his service after the court accepts the deal or not. The fact that someone needs to comply with an agreement at a future point does not equate to an ongoing investigation. That needs to be clarified.

Having said that, let's go in another direction with it. If there is not an active investigation still on progress and the special prosecutor's appointment is not still in effect, then that is even better. Because the FBI and DOJ have been using the "active investigation" ruse as a basis for stonewalling the release of critical records. If someone wants to declare that the investigation and case are closed, fine, let me and the Oversight Committee know. Pronto.

Comer has reported on the countries and the recipients based on bank transaction records that he has and that are still coming in. If he does not have those records, then he will need to explain that. If he does, your Crime Family needs to explain it. You are hoping that it will all go away. I am thinking it will not. A witness of two may not be located but that is independent of the standalone information in the transaction reports.
