Unconscious Competence.

man it seems as though every professional speaker on the circuit tries to claim that baby as their own..

the whole robot trader mystique is overplayed. If you want to be a robot just buy a computerized trading system and go play golf while it trades for you. Humans are not robots no matter what they do. The greatest traders are not really robots either, they have excellent and hard to quantify "instincts". Having said that, the average computerized trading system is probably better than the average newbie trader going with their gut.
I guess it's a "guy" thing. Man against the world and winning. But as far as I know most traders (even males) are net losers. I'd rather be a robot with a big income and free time than "compete" to stay alive.

So any who are ready to trade testosterones for income let me know

It does not have to be computerized, but it helps to have it automated or simple enough that you can follow it easily.
That's what computers are good at: making some tasks very simple, but if you design a system simple enough and easy to execute you really do not need a computer. But again, if you wanted, it could probably do the whole work for you.
