Yowzer. Boris hammered the lefties bad. Corbyn will be gone by the end of the week.
And Boris got a two-fer. Not only did he beat Labor in a way that will move Brexit along but the Tories beat the Scottish National Party which is trying to work independence.
As you know, I like to see a guy go out on the hunt and make the kill and drag something home for his tribe. Be nice if he combed his air before going out but, whatever.
This is old Fish N' Chip Breath Boris's Trump 2016 moment, if the final vote count is what it looks like. I think the Tories are getting enough votes that they dont need to form a coalition with the Libs or the Lib Dems. Better than sex!!!!! if you are Boris. Of course, no sayin you can't have both.

Boris is quirky and likeable but this result probably has more to do with Corbyn being communist, anti-business, anti-Semitic and utterly devoid of any redeeming attribute as a human being whatsoever.
If you are going to depend on a Jeremy Corbyn or a Hillary Clinton for leadership you may find yourself having no part in government. I mean, Labor is now literally powerless just because they could not bring themselves to support a reasonable person.
True dat, and similarly Trump's victory might have had more to do with Hillary being X,Y, and Z.

I once owned a '73 Lotus Europa John Player Special. It had a formula Ford block, Cosworth head, Offenhauser intake and Dellorto carbs. Red-lined at 12,000 rpm. Black on Black. By far the funnest car I have over owned.
I'd love a new Lotus but I have this money-pit rotting away in a marina in Panama and am going to have to spend a mountain of money to haul out and refit next year. I have friends moored off Nuka Hiva for the last year and I would like to join them while I'm still capable. This time I'm getting satellite internet so I won't be stressed out without weather data. Maybe a water-maker too. With boats you cross something off at the top of the list but two more items get added to the bottom of the list. It simply never ends.

I should have added, for those who don't know, that Boris was also born in New York City, and was an American citizen until he renounced it two years ago.
He left when he was five but still has the New York mouth.
