Huge Tax Break For Traders.

The people there are very friendly, never been there, but from my experince in dealing with them have found them to be a very fun loving people. It also helps that I speak the language. I from Cuba, but Cuba is out of the question for NOW.

This thread was started based on using NOL's to be carried back. I am confused. Isn't a good trader one who can make money in any market anytime without the need for momentum? Why would you have a loss?

you have to be kidding.since 80% of traders fail it seems clear that not everyone is a good trader.and many who think they are good traders are just temporarily lucky and eventually blow up.think of a nol carryback as loss insurance.
