Rally is getting a little played out now, as great as things look in the equity markets its not the same for the economy, the stock market is really showing that in only a few months jobs will be plentiful, the housing market is back up and running again and GDP is going to 4%+.....


A few earnings surprises do not make an economy.

Why not, every market guru on tv and radio says the market is forward looking, meaning that if the market jumps another 25% between now and the end of august its almost a given the economy will be back up and running in perfect condition by the end of 2009. An economic collapse avoided by pumping trillions of dollars into the system is the way to fix any problem. Just continue to run the deficit higher and higher, thats a good thing.

In one post you laugh at those on TV, in the next, you try to support your argument with the same thinking.
