If you are going to short, do it today, down wait until the dow is off triple digits to start adding shorts.
 
What a fool you are. Go ahead and fade the indexes and get your a$$ handed to you. You cannot read a chart if someone even gave you the endpoint!

Making stupid predictions like this is insane. Over the past 2 months the indexes have bottomed and today made a new high. What are you smoking over there?

I don't think i've ever insulted a poster on et.com but man you deserve it so bad. GET IN TUNE WITH REALITY. PREDICTIONS ARE FOR DUMBIES.

I remember you doing this same shit just as unsuccessfully months ago. Isn't it time to change some freeking habits?

Unfortunately, there are far too many here on ET that post in the TRADING FORUM without any "technical" clue whatsoever . . . Why anyone would want to be long the QID; a chart that has been making lower lows, and lower highs, is a great example of this.

There is absolutely NO TECHNICAL EVIDENCE of a bottom in the QID, yet people come on here and tell you that they are short the market . . . blah blah blah . . . for no other real reason other than because some sort of an ETF looks "cheap".

Technical Analysis 101A would tell you that the QID is not a bullish chart pattern. Hell, even a "monkey" could see that this is not a strong chart pattern . . . kind of like playing "pick the bottom" and "catch a hot knife".

The QID bounced 6 times off of the 43.19 - 43.45 area during the month of July.
It has clearly broken that support level.
