HUBB/LIME/Genesis/ others?

Can anyone recommend alteratives to Hubb/Lime/Genesis Securities for a newer blackbox trader who needs to get down to
.001/share (unbndled) on volume?

PS,please don't respond with IB, Ib only goes down to .005
for ECN specific API orders.

PS, is this the best place to touch base with other algorithmic traders, or should I be following another forum/list elsewhere?

efficientexecutions.com was on these forums advertising rates as low as .001 a couple of weeks ago, although such threads were mysteriously deleted. But the threads are still cached in Google if you're intersted

I can't vouch for it either way -- in fact, that was the first time I'd ever heard of them -- but it's the cheapest I've seen publicly advertised. I'd guess that several others offer similar rates to ultra-high-volume customers (>10million/month?).
