All the more reason that all the countries ban Huawei's technology if it's in bed with countries like Iran. Would you like Iran to spy on you with the 5G network technology and take over the world with AI? If not then USA is doing the right thing.

By selling specifically USA-made products to Iran, specifically violating the sanction terms that Huawei agreed to with USA, that's being in bed with Iraq. And btw, "comprehension ability" is not a proper English term. Learn to write in proper English before you troll here.

And as to CIA spies, China is quite zealous in people suspected of "spying". Back in 2001, China arrested all of the members of the crew of a US reconnaissance plane off that was flying in the public airspace, not even in Chinese airspace back and held them without bail, no consular access, no due process, no legal representation, no nothing. Just a few years ago, China arrested a couple that ran a coffee shop off the Pyongyang border and a bookseller in Hong Kong, all with no due process, consular access or legal representation, all because they are accused of being "spies" when in fact they were all wrongly accused as China found no evidence in detaining them. These are the facts that you obviously don't get to read because of your Great China's censorship but don't get all pansy when other countries do the same in arresting Chinese spies just because you are ignorant of the facts.

Talking about bank fraud, the 2008 world financial crisis was caused by US banks through multitude of frauds in every way. The severity of those crimes was much bigger than any Iran sanction violation but not a single person was arrested and prosecuted.

The US justice system is hypocrisy at its best. What is the great US legal system doing to the brutal murder of Kashoggi, a reporter and a US permanent resident? Exactly nothing! Because Saudi Arabia, a worse and more brutal dictatorship than Iran, is a US ally and does huge military deals with the US. Even Trump says so in public without any pretense.

My point which you totally missed is that China arrests spies from USA or other countries, real or suspected just as much as any other countries so don't cry foul when other countries do the same. And FYI, that USA plane was not in Chinese airspace originally; it was in international airspace and it was struck down by a maverick Chinese J-8 fighter jet. The USA plane had no choice but to land on Chinese soil because it was completely damaged by the Chinese fighter jet.

The formal charge to the Huawei CFO is NOT bank fraud. It is simply FRAUD but committed against US banking institutions. And there is no such thing as bank fraud. LOL That again is a term that does not exist in the English language. What the US banks did during the financial crisis 2008 is a totally different story, completely irrelevant here. His name, first of all, is Jamal Khashoggi, NOT "Kashoggi". If you want to talk about somebody, at least get that person's name right. Second Khashoggi was NOT an American citizen namely he's not an American; he's still a Saudi Arabian citizen even though he'd been granted US permanent residency, that's not the same thing. Get the facts straight. Even though what the Saudi Arabian crown prince did was despicable and inhuman, he really did not commit any crime under the American criminal law so USA does not have any reason to do anything. The Saudis just killed a citizen of its own country, a dissident according to its own laws on its own soil, the Saudi Arabia Consulate in Turkey. Your Chinese government kills its own citizen all the time, political dissidents all the time. You want USA to get involved every single time your Chinese government kills a Chinese citizen in its own country? Wouldn't that be USA interfering with internal politics of China? China didn't like that the last time I checked. So if China doesn't like the USA to interfere with the internal politics of China then USA is doing the same thing this time by not interfering with the internal politics of Saudi Arabia. US went to war with Iraq not because Saddam Hussein killed the dissidents in Iraq, no, it went to war with Iraq because Iraq was suspected of possessing weapons of massive destruction and has refused to co-operate with UN weapon inspection team.
