I have tried to register http://www.freetradez.com and they ask for username and password, assuming I have already registered. How do I register?

With the demise of FreeTradez, Interactive Brokers is the undisputed best direct access broker out there from a commission standpoint and no ECN fees. Plus they have an army of programmers to work through any software issues. My wife just opened up an account with IB - I'm next.
