Good firm to work for. Good to their traders. I've been there for a while now and still like trading for them. They treat me well and I don't feel like I am just a "money making machine" for them. The environment is great and is very condusive to focused traders. A lot of changes have occurred in the recent past but in my opinion all for the better. I recommend this firm. Let's face it....I get to trade, I didn't have to put up any trading capital either.
