I think it's second highest, only to Dax. Around 10K.

Where could I find a broker trade Hangseng Index (Mini) and Hangseng Index Option --> also allow us to trade with any style we want (doubleing, scalping, etc. ?

I just know InteractiveBrokers and GCITrading, are they okay ? GCITrading said that I'm not allowed to scalping. And for InteractiveBrokers, their reputation is well known, is their commissions good or there are any other brokers better for it's commissions ?
