In spite of your gross ethical lapse, I will answer your question. As long as I am completely transparent about my research, options experience, results good and bad then any potential student is making an informed decision. Just as I do my due diligence, I plan to provide potential students with the ability to do the same.

Don't use copyrighted material without compensating the copyright holder. That is not ethical.

I guarantee that the first client that blows up after paying you will sue you into oblivion, and he/she will win.

Using a copyrighted picture without compensating the copyright holder is not a good position from which to preach ethics.

Quote from Maverick74:

You are not really making the comparison of posting an image from the internet to charging customers for coaching services in which you have no basis for doing the coaching are you? Really? You really think taking people's hard earned money in exchange for showing them how to slap on a credit spread risking 10 to make 1 and using words like easy and edge and then comparing that to pasting an image on a forum? Howard, my man, it's happening. Just as your friends and family said it would...you are losing control.
You seem to think that stealing is not an ethical lapse. But being completely honest about the limitations of one's knowledge so the student can make an informed decision is.

If you don't think theft, no matter how small an amount is unethical and immoral, I don't think we have enough in common to carry on a meaningful dialog.

Ignorant.

Learn about watermarks.

Listen gramps, I see the watermark too, and at 20/10 vision. Again, your assumption that he did not receive permission. It was sarcasm. So your ethical lapse is less unethical than Mav's posting of some images?

Howard, I think you are right. We have very little in common. I'll stay in the loop by scanning the NASD site weekly for fraud investigations to see what you are up to.

But posting it in a chat thread with the watermark included and website linked is perfectly fine. OUr option expert would rather debate about a camel picture rather than admit his trades have a poor R/R.

Whoops! Just came back on here and it seems things getting testy. Now I always knew Howard was going to turn commercial from the beginning. I would not necessarily trade his system. Albeit, he has it working for him. There is a gut feeling something is missing with it. But until we get some wild volatility, it won't show up.

HOWARD

( grin ) I'm catching up to you mon! Up to 96% ROI EEEFFF I get one more trade before the end of the month, will catch you up mon in only 3 months of trading. FUNNY MONEY!

Still waiting to get activated in CASH with TOS. Bit slow when you are traveling like I am. My mail has to go through my home address in Texas.

Taken me a while to get accustomed to Option Xpress platform Still learning it also, as a backup for now.

Been diddling with a newer trading system. Something that Trading Journal on OEX WEEKLY OPTIONS had mentioned triggered my curiousity about 10 days ago, and been playing with this new method. Darned if it didn't work, albeit only in certain situations, which don't happen all that often. Still, it works and one more quiver in my arsenal. Didn't work the way I wanted it to. But works okay on the same volatility system as my regular trades do.
