That is all you need to know about Trump, confidently wrong. I used to work in IT and one could tolerate almost any personality. The one guy you fired was the guy who was confidently wrong. Get a conversation going about your biggest mistakes and this guy will have the craziest & most cringe worthy. I would always dump these guys on self-preservation grounds.
