How would you play this type of resistance

What are you talking about? way too positive. TRXC going down. Looks like it’s time to get rid of it.I’ve been watching this company since 2015 /2014 etc, and I really doubt it’s been in the market since 2006 as it states.
 
Did you consider their P/E multiplication compared to other players in the industry?
