How will the Iran Nuke Deal play out in the future?

Or...it could go quite well. American companies could make quite a bit of money investing in Iran and Iran will continue fighting ISIS instead of our boys. Of course if does go well, the Republicans (Neo-cons) will look like the war mongers that they are.

Ronald Reagan once said that idealism is a truly American quality.
I see the confirmation of that over and over again. And the deal with Iran is one of them :)

I am fine with American idealism as long as it does not become an addiction, like cynicism became in Russia.

I'm making book on this being the "snowball's chance in Hell" outcome.

Yeah...I don't know. The way I see it, NK and Pakistan both have nukes. So what if Iran gets a Nuke? I do not buy the premise that they are suicidal maniacs and will launch nuclear weapons against Israel (who has numerous Nukes). I just don't buy into the hysteria. Suppose if I was an adult when they took the Americans hostage I might have a different attitude.

It will go pretty much like this. The Nuke Deal will go through with little to no support from republicans. The whole Nuke Deal will end up blowing up in our faces. Obama and the rest of the dems will blame republicans.

Iran Hopes To Buy New Planes After Nuclear Deal

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) -- Iran's president has pointed to another possible windfall from the nuclear deal with world powers - his country may soon be able to buy badly needed new planes for its aging fleet, the official IRNA news agency reported.

Hassan Rouhani said Iranian negotiators came away from the talks in Vienna with "achievements beyond the nuclear" agreement and succeeded in having "aviation sanctions removed." His remarks were carried by the official IRNA news agency late Wednesday.

The landmark deal, struck Tuesday between Iran and six world powers after marathon negotiations in the Austrian capital, is meant to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons capability, in exchange for sanctions relief. According to the deal, key economic sanctions - such as those on Iranian energy and financial sectors - would be lifted once Iran implements the restrictions on its nuclear program.
"We will provide new aircraft for Iran," Akhoundi said.

Last month at the Paris Air Show, Akhoundi said Iran was prepared to spend about $20 billion to purchase about 400 new planes over the next decade.

  • Rick Perry: Obama Is 'A Very, Very Naive Man'
The 2016 GOP candidate slammed the Iranian nuclear deal.

WASHINGTON -- Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry on Wednesday called President Barack Obama "very, very naive" for supporting the historic nuclear deal with Iran.

"What I saw out of this president today, and this is of great consternation to me, it’s of great concern, I saw a very, very naive man who does not know how the world works, who cannot put the dots together, and stood in front of the American people and said, 'I really don’t care if Congress likes this or not, I’m going to do it,'" Perry told Hugh Hewitt, the conservative radio host.

Perry, the former Texas governor, was commenting on Obama's press conference earlier Wednesday, in which the president vehemently defended the U.S. pact with Iran and five other world powers.

WW III, of course.... but this time with nukes!

Worst part... the Muslims don't really care if they all die in a nuclear holocaust. After all, we Westerners will all "go to Hell" while they will all "go to Heaven"... so what if EVERYBODY DIES AND PLANET EARTH IS REDUCED TO A CINDER? THEY STILL WIN! That's what they believe! FUCKING STUPID MANIACS! Not the kind of enemy anyone would want to face.

It's bad enough dealing with an enemy with "nothing to lose"... but dealing with one "happy to die so long as you die also"? Hard to get your mind around that concept.
