Hmm. Can't believe. IMHO it's just the currency conversion factor that matters, isn't it?If you guys/gals didnt know, Chinese adrs listed on USA exchanges are overvalued compared to their counterparts listed on the Hong Kong exchanges. The USA ADRs trade at a higher multiple than in HK.
So what I am saying is if BABA gets delisted today, it will be worth less when it trades in Hong Kong due to lower valuation multiples the HK mkt assigns these companies.
I would not be a holder of any Chinese ADR right now due to these reasons.

No guarantee of a US otc market going forward post delisting. I’d just sell now and let it be someone else’s problem. Possibly you might be able, with a lot of hassle and possibly expense, to convert the ADR into something that might eventually trade in Hong Kong. If you don’t do that, it’ll probably be totally illiquid.Not sure but the stock itself should be tradeable via otc
