How to use level 2 quote of IB? I cannot use TWS if my port 80 is blocked?

I had select level 2 quote subscription of a future, but I don't know how to use it.
I try to use TWS in office but office blocks port 80, I can just use TWS with home computer then remote control and see it? TWS is the best option and better not to use the web version I guess?
 
Also, you can probably use your personal laptop with your cell phone setup as a mobile wireless hotspot, assuming that your phone's data plan can handle the monthly bandwidth.
