I think he was actually referring to slippage.

Well it was a horrible start to this journal this week. Instead of loosing money (i.e. the plan) my closed positions for the week netted me +13,523.48 (not the plan!). I feel ashamed, but i stuck to the rules and whatever will be will be. Maybe next week will be better after all it was only 3 days.
