i THINK i should wait for more intel on the chart. the thing is i keep seeing these kinds of chart over and over again and extremely perplexed on how to trade them. What should i do?

its a biomed company and its not chinese but korean. if you can explain this please try to be as simple as possible. im such a newbie to trading and hardly know any of the big words.

What i really like about this is the red spike up on huge volume. Couldnt that mean its a signal to buy?
