How to to take physical delivery of oil (WTI)? (Retail Investors)

How can retail investors take physical delivery of oil if they own it by settlement?
Is there a shared service that allows smaller investors to do that?
Are there futures by which we can specifically bet on storage prices of commodities?

Currently there is no way for retail to do that, but rest assured, a brilliant guy might create that product for you very very soon in the form of an ETF (Just like GLD and SLV for physical gold and silver).

People who don't read the prospectus of the contracts they are trading are throwing their money away.

There are some generous answers on this thread that give perspective to the current situation, beyond the dry facts provided by the prospectus. That type of reaction is what makes ET worthwhile.
