I know some filthy rich people that do intense amounts of drugs and lack any emotion at all.

I think the true test is whether one knows the difference between "your" and "you're".

Going to be successful? First we have to define success and for each of us that may be a different achievement. I wouldn't define it as being filthy rich as stated in the original post. I want more than money. My version of success is more permanent, lasting and worthwhile than being filthy rich.
