How to Stay Calm & Collected when trading for real?

The goal is not to remain calm, but remain in the zone. For concentration, I temporarily pause the music and let the white noise of the rain focus my brain.
Edit: the other thing I do is keep everything the same. Even if it's a nice day outside, I keep the blinds closed. My user interface is exactly the same trading live or paper, down to the journaling code.
So basically train enough that live trading ain't no thing.
