It sounds to me like many of the self-proclaimed "Gurus" who frequent (or have frequented) this site, with the intent of fleecing noobs. The following traits (from the link) have been exhibited by many such in-duh-viduals on this website:

• Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. (That's a given.)
• Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. (We've seen it all here, from supposed 100% winner trading methods to phreakin' Nobel Prize nominations - LOL).
• Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. (Call them a liar and see how they respond).
• Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it! (it is true. After a while they believe their own bullshit!)
