How to spot a bogus guru

Quote from Brandonf:

You dont know what the hell your talking about. When I was a vendor I'd have loved to have charged a percentage of the profits on my calls, but unfortunately 99% Of the people who subscribe do not have the discipline to follow the trades. Probably not by coincidence the majority of them lack the discipline to do their own work too, which is a major reason they subscribe to a service to do it for them. Then when they fail they can blame someone else for their own failings. Thats my take.

Brandon, LOL you had a chance to show your performance in www.position4profit.com but after few month of struggle to produce any reasonable results you just escaped without saying a word, with money of subscribers of course. Not to mention your cheating when stop is hit and after bounce back after few days you talk about "very little loss" on that stock. And in open forum like this you claimed making 20% during that time.
The best of you calls I remember was in TFMS room just before Christmas of 2003, you said "YOU CAN COMFORTABLY SHORT QQQ WITH 1/3 OF YOUR ACCOUNT"!!!!! And guys did it, sure enough nasdaq gaped up big next day.

Typically gurus ( and they are all bogus unless you're your own), will expound on trading, but show no results of their trading or post any real time trades. This is telltale.
