how to setup a Prop shop?

hey buddies,

how to setup a Prop shop like title trading ,swift trade?

and where i can get intraday buying power?
as i know ,many traders in Prop shop get a high buying power ,some guys 50Million,10Million..etc...

i have 2Million, but i dont know how to get higer leverage ,just like forex market ,they can provide you 200:1 ,that i will can get 0.4Billion ? or something else?
