How to set Y-Axis on 30 years T-Bons?

Hi There!

I am using Esignal data feed and also using Metastock real time version 10. I am a fixed income trader and I am trying to set the Y-axis for CBOT 30 years T-Bond to "32nds". I have try it for weeks and still haven't figure it out. Any kind soul to help and advise?
