How to set order default to always use IEX on IB TWS

How do I set IB TWS to always route a stock order to IEX, it really pisses me off having to do it manually each time?

I read it too. Good read, but very one sided, IMO.

I'm not sure he has the mental hardware to do thorough, careful, balanced research and reporting.
