How to sell crypto in wallet the cheapest way?

Do I move it to an exchange to sell it and also will this not cost a lot of ETH, or try to first sell to usdt in what's it called uniswap, any alternatives? (I heard you could activate binance chain or something but not sure I could send coins I want in this?) I also wonder if the coin is traded as 'perpetual' on exchange it's not something I could sell directly in that instrument then? I need to check that it's traded in spot?

Any help would be nice of you.

you mean i can sell my coin in the wallet to xlm then send this? i'm not sure my coin supports xlm so how would that work then? wouldn't that just be an extra cost?
 
In my limited experience, don't sell them. You're a retard for doing so at BTC's 2 year high,

Own to XLM and transfer. Using DEXes or swaps another option. Just do not send ETH directly. Too expensive.

so this will work in metamask then?
what dex site or swap site should I be using?
also, wont I still have to pay eth for the xlm transfer just as with the other coin ?

it is tiny fees, like pennies. I used Uni, pancake and sushi. I am sure there are plenty of others. You can do swaps directly in MetaMask for example. The most knowledgeable person here is JohnArb he can give you the best advice.
