can these posts just be deleted by a mod? this thread is too good for this shit to happen. there really isnt a good reason for it
 
i just received this PM from sisboom:

I have no idea what this guy's deal is... but he's very close to "winning". I don't know how he can define winning as people just stop posting in this thread and it dies, but whatever.... I certainly don't need this bs. Seriously sisboom if you have a real issue explain it here otherwise stop. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Also sisboom if you're going to post pictures of chicks in this thread, can they at least be hot?? That was a solid 6.5 you just posted. Seriously?

talon, how about just ignoring the jack hershey flames and the pr0n. You do it, we do it, and let sisboom and co. continue whatever they're doing in their own parallel universe. Just ignore them.

Mods, given that the jack hershey post has identical content each time, it should be easy to implement a similarity-based filter (or use a spam filter) to not allow posting that stuff.

This is absolutely bizarre. They left the pin up photo, but removed that post?

Why is there a such an effort to derail a gem of a thread? I just don't get it.
Is the goal here to promote only raw losing TA strategies?
 
Moderators, please restore Talon Trading's post, I saw it earlier and wanted to read it again.

Also I don't get why his post was deleted and other incredibly obnoxious posts were kept.

TT: I haven't participated in this thread since I don't have much to contribute, but I've been following along with interest. It's a shame to see it derailed.

Perhaps you'd have better luck on one of the other trading message boards.
 
I have only been deleting sisboon posts or when I get a complain notice from a user. Please note that there are other mod's that are working here too not just me. Some of you think we have more power than we do. I did take up the issue with Admin, and they did ban his ip, but he went and used another.

I check on this thread every so often and delete his posts after the fact. As noted, I think the best is to just ignore him. Remember don't feed the trolls.

When you are finished with the thread, just let me know by posting a notice here, it will be closed and your work will be preserved for all time just like if you wrote a book and sold it, and he will not have any posts here.
 
I did suggest closing the thread in that post... and I also posted a clean and simple daytrade play. it would be nice to have that post restored.

I understand moderating is a thankless job and it takes time for no return... but whoever is doing it needs to do it well. There was absolutely no reason to delete my post and I'm not inclined to rewrite it. Can it be restored?
