how to remove pc noise?

I finally built a fanless PC through the individual components. What is the good way to use that PC? Right now I have the external monitor, mouse, keyboard linked to my laptop. Do I need to buy another set of these? I hope to use that PC using a remote screen or something like that through my lap. If can be done, what is the software to use? Thanks.
Yes, that is possible. The software you'll need depends on your operating system (OS). Your new PC then becomes a so-called "headless server", controlled by the laptop's keyboard, mouse and monitor. The software you need is related to controlling a "remote desktop" (even though remote might mean less than 3 feet away in your case). However, it does require your laptop to be switched on. You were complaining that your laptop generates noise. Wouldn't you then still have the noise?

Remove the laptop and plug in the screen and keyboard to the fanless PC.
