LRC are the best, you could basically trade just by the LRC and trendlines , only long in the lowest range LRC on 20Day-4hour timeframes, and only go short in the top range of LRC , good for 20-150p moves on futures

Yes LS = Least Square or Linear Regression. Try using them on range bar charts for intraday trading.
