How To Read Channels

... for me... just for me...
.... if you refer to that last one....
... i would only consider it a valid channel on those four hits of that first day....
.... when it stopped there 2 days later.... that just demonstrates that the market has memory.... just the trendline extended from that channel....
.... but as far as the channel itself... i would consider it broken once it left the channel toward the end of the first day....
....maybe it was misleading for me to imply that the channel was still on for 3 days.... i only considered it unbroken during that first day....

.... having said that... let's make clear that i am not an expert on channels.
....my hope is that others will contribute channels that they think are important....
.... thereby i may see something i missed.... selfish isn't it ? :0)

....i don't know what channel trading is...

Add Volume to your charts and sync your trend lines with Volume. I also recommend dropping the 'chanel tool' in favor of learning to annotate the trends by hand.

..... I would really like people to start contributing their screen shots of channels they see....

....guess it will take a while to catch on....

....you can see that bottom line of last big channel up there..... should be major resistance....
