How to play NEOT this morning?

I'm looking at briefing.com's gapping up/down comment and see that NEOT is gapping up 163% (micro-cap soars on Parkinson's trial data). Any opinions on how to play this, at least to capture a fraction of the movement? Do you move on the news? I'm sure someone made some money, since I'm a rookie I was wondering how. I'm sure there are different paths. I was looking for some input for educational purposes.

I think it's too late now


I happened to see it the previous evening around .90-.95
[and shorted it]
