How to Move Overseas to Trade Forex Market

If you think the corporation way is worth your time, just google Offshore Incorporation for the options available, plenty of agents out there offer their services for various juridictions.
But you then need to do your homework to check wether the agent is reliable and wether the process he offers still works (policies change faster than an agent website sometimes).

If you are interested in a company in Europe, let me know. I can assist you set up a family wealth management company that, as the director, you can run from abroad.

hi,
I am full time trader from INDIA. Indians are not allowed to trade Forex market and US market. it is illegal as per government rules.I can trade going other countries, open a bank account and trade but they won't allow on tourist visa. I guess they will allow only on work visa. so please help me or guide me on this issue. should I find a job in other countries? this idea may not work or it can take much time. I am ready to move to other countries.
what are other possibilities for me? I want help from traders all around the world.
thanks

F1 TRADER you have very liquid FX curency futures (USDINR) and Nifty 50 futures has also very good liquidity as E-mini Dow futures but i understand you is the same like by me I have access to non-INR futures pairs have access to US and EU equity index futures but they arent so interresting for me and I would like to trade USDINR Futures and i cant for some restriction. Only (Foreign Portoflio Investors) can trade in India.
:) may be.....but I still wonder why you wanna trade USDINR when you have access to US future. anything can happen.

yes I want to if it is legal as per Indian laws. please tell me what I need to do.

I am talking about Indian currency futures. nifty is liquid market but not as much as e-mini s&p500.

Very few markets in the world even approach the liquidity of ES but so what? Do you really need that level of liquidity? Is your size such that your liquidity needs are beyond the Nifty? Is there another reason you need ES type liquidity?

please look the charts of nifty and ES and compare yourself. I have to sit for long hours to take a trade almost everyday. mainly I want to trade Forex market. education on trading Indian market is still not good. I bought a course from a Indian stock market teacher for $500 and he only taught all the basic things like trendlines, ATR, channel etc. I thought that he will give me a specific strategy to trade the market but I was bombarded with almost a dozen strategy which I already knew(basic things). I do paper trading on emini and find myself profitable. which market do you trade?
