How to know if you are adding or taking liquity

I'm still stuck on this IB stock rates thing>>> bundled or unbundled.

What is important is if you are adding liquity or taking liquity. How do you find that out?

is it as simple as if you are selling rallies and buying dips that's adding liquity?

Are you increasing the bid/offer or are you lifting bid/offers?

i place all orders at market, so then I guess I'm taking liquity
