how to increase concentration

i have recently started daytrading with real money. i have a particular system that provides consistent returns. however after a few successful trades, i sabotage myself by entering trades that did not fit the patterns and end up losing money at the end.

how can i increase my concentration and reduce my stupidy.

There's a big difference between paper trading and real money in daytrading.

By the time you see quotes, likely you can't get them.

1) Simplify your "system" and remove the parts of it having to do with stupidity and self-sabotage.
2) You may be getting bored waiting for your "signals" to activate. Seek out excitement elsewhere, away from trading.
