Trade long term futures that have low margins. But backtest 4-5 years of data.

Try to lower your trading risk as much as possible because it will help you survive on the market.

What is small? I remember a talk with someone a few years back about the amount in a trading account he had, and he kept saying he had a small account. Later found out his account was in the top 1% of the broker where he had the account.

“I think it’s the most difficult thing is to drive a small car because I crashed many cars in my personal experience. What do you think how to drive a small car?”

Just like the person who is crashing cars should NOT be driving, you should NOT be trading. (at least for time being and first need you learn the craft and have trading plan with positive expectancy)

I like your honesty though. Don’t worry, we all started in similar way, it is necessary to lose money before one can start appreciating the risk, but blowing one account should be enough, no need to blow many accounts.
