I most other businesses either you knew who the competition wa s and where you stood in relation to them or there was an alpha male (top sales guy etc) whose crown was your target. One of the problems with trading generally/trading from home is there is no readily identifiable competitor to go after.

To get down to brass tacks.....
To really get any benefits from Test supplementation.....Moderation is key and the feedback loops won't be an issue.
Excercise and "stress or strainful" activities will increase Test naturally. This is key for a multitude of benefits. Bottom line.. Just do something that pushes you beyond your comfort zone!!
Diet is NUMBER ONE in anything!!!!!!!! The cleaner the better. Use common sense here. This is the fuel for the "machine."

the link refers to the original article that was published in a serious journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Not surprisingly It does have figures.
