How to get Most Actives, Top Gainers in real time?

Currently I use yahoo's list, but it is not real time. Which broker, software, website can give this list in real time?
 
You are asking for something that is a foundational element of any broker's web interface. If your broker doesn't have it, then you need to get another broker.

As far as I know IB has a market scanner built in TWS which allows to search for top gainers/losers and similar patterns.

I use IB. They have it.

In the past I used datek.com. They had it. I also used eTrade. They had it. Even Schwab has it. Honestly, unless I'm missing something, it's like asking where to get gasoline.
