how to get funds to trade but a few problems

i have a winning edge, non directional, which i was given but i do not have anywhere near enough money to trade it, or even afford charting software to prove it.

can anyone help me out here?
 
im talking a few illiquid etfs , a 'free' demo ususally warrants an actual account with the broker which is costly, plus i seriously doubt they could give charts for these etfs free.

is there a way to get funding, without telling it to people?

Somebody gave you a winning edge but could not spare $5k to throw in with it? Guess they made a lot of money with it, huh?
 
they told me it, why would they give me money.
how much to trade it, i don't know.
all i know is the setup: particular ETFs which i don't know the symbols of.

great situation i'm in huh!
 
if you dont even know the symbols of the etfs how do you know its a profitable system? Im more confused now than before.
 
Trademonster will let you set up an account and papertrade without funding it. I believe they have free intraday charting as well.
