How to get exposure to Ag without futures?

So far the only things that I found were a commodity ETF(dbc) and commodity mutual funds but they have a bunch of other stuff like gold, oil,etc
is there companies who will benefit a lot from an ag boom?

there is DBA -- it tracks wheat, corn, soy, and i think sugar or something like that. 25% of each as a future tracker, but you lose to contango losses the way the ETF is structured.

since the ethanol subsidy is what has driven the softs, you might as well buy oil.
